Thomas Sucevic is an attorney at Wisconsin First Responder Lawyers, a division of MacGillis Law Group, LLC, where he focuses his practice on representing the interests of police officers throughout the State of Wisconsin.
A lifelong Wisconsin resident, Tom graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2021, where he demonstrated a strong commitment to service and advocacy. He was actively involved in Pro Bono work through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics and was named to the Student Advisory Board, as well as inducted into the Pro Bono Society. During law school, Tom also interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court and participated in the Honors Moot Court, which further shaped his legal skills and dedication to justice.
Since joining MacGillis Law Group and Wisconsin First Responder Lawyers, Tom has focused his practice on defending police officers in various legal matters, including Officer Involved Shootings, disciplinary hearings before the Fire and Police Commission, and grievance arbitration. His expertise and passion for advocating for law enforcement professionals make him a trusted attorney for officers facing legal challenges across Wisconsin.
Before pursuing his law degree, Tom earned a degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was involved in founding a non-profit focused on providing sports programming for English Second Language schools in Milwaukee.
Outside of his legal practice, Tom enjoys going to the gym, honing his skills as an amateur chef, and indulging his passion for film as a self-described "film buff."
