Discipline Appeals

Discipline appeals are the process by which an employee challenges a disciplinary action, such as a suspension or termination, that they believe is unfair or unjust. In union representation, these appeals are crucial to ensuring that disciplinary decisions are made fairly and in accordance with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

At Wisconsin First Responder Lawyers, we help union members navigate the appeals process by providing expert guidance and representation. Our goal is to challenge unfair discipline, protect employees’ rights, and ensure that the appeal process is handled correctly, giving our clients the best chance for a favorable outcome.
