Brady W. Wirkes

Brady W. Wirkes is an associate attorney at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, where he works primarily with the firm’s First Responders team. Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way, Brady brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter he handles.

A lifelong Wisconsin resident, Brady was born and raised in Green Bay and has built his academic and professional career around serving the people of his home state. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, where he distinguished himself both inside and outside the classroom. Brady served on the Executive Board of the Marquette Law Review as an Articles Editor and became a published student author. He also competed in Moot Court, earning the “Best Appellant Writing & Advocacy Committee Member” award for his advocacy skills.

Service has always been a central part of Brady’s journey. While in law school, he dedicated more than 200 hours to the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics and served on the organization’s Student Advisory Board. He also interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court and completed a dual Master’s degree in Political Science.

Outside the office, Brady enjoys staying active, following professional soccer, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, singing in choir, and exploring new places with his fiancée. Whether working with clients, colleagues, or community members, Brady believes that strong relationships, careful preparation, and genuine care for others are the foundation of effective advocacy.
